  1. Where can I subscribe an ebike?

    We have subscription fleets in Metro Melbourne and Perth with some limited options in rural areas just outside the Zones.

  2. What does a Sparque subscription include?

    A Sparque subscription covers the essentials so you can focus on riding:

    • Fully equipped ebike from our subscription fleet – all accessories included (child seats, racks, panniers, rain covers etc).
    • Scheduled servicing at Sparque Workshops, with parts, labour, and repairs included
    • Comprehensive insurance for theft and accidental damage
    • Roadside assistance available on select models

  3. Can I add accessories to my subscription ebike – will this cost extra?

    Unlike our competitors, we include all available accessory options in base the price of the subscription ebike. No hidden costs. We can add a child seat or two, safety rails and front racks on rear-loading ecargobikes, rain covers and additional seats on front-loading ecargobikes, as well as racks, panniers and baskets or crates.

  4. Should You Subscribe or Buy Your Ebike?

    Subscription:
    If you’re new to ebikes or want to test the waters without making a big financial commitment, subscription is a fantastic option. It includes everything—maintenance, repairs, insurance—so you can ride without worrying about the small stuff. If you decide you can’t live without your bike, you can buy it anytime with very generous buy out terms, including up to 90% of your rental credited to the purchase price depending on the length of your subscription period.

    Buying is for those who are ready to commit and Sparque has the largest range of the world’s best ebike brands to choose from. Whether you want the newest models or a budget-friendly ex-demo option, you’ll own a bike that’s built to last. We’ll handle the setup, provide a detailed handover, and make sure it’s perfect for you.

  5. Can I subscribe if I live outside your service zones?

    We have subscription fleets in Melbourne and Perth with some limited options in rural areas just outside the Zones. (Contact us for available options).

    Even though subscriptions are limited to our operational areas, you’re not out of options.

    If you’re outside the zones, you can explore our lease program if your employer offers leasing as a salary packaging offer (we can help with this!), or you can purchase one of our bikes—new, refurbished, or ex-demo. We can deliver nationwide.
