I can’t recommend Thomas, Leigh and the team at Sparque E-bikes enough. The service is first rate and nothing is too hard for the guys. Leigh is a great mechanic and his attention to details is superb. He went out of his way to fit a Basil dog box to my Tinker. They only stock quality e-bike brands and accessories. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend! This is the best bike shop I came across this shop on a really hot Friday afternoon when something went wrong with my back tyre while on my ride home from work. I limped over, hoping they might still be open, and arrived just after they had locked up for the day. One of the team noticed me outside, opened the door, brought me into the air-conditioning, and then they re-opened the workshop just to help me. Their kindness — staying back after closing at 5pm on such an exhausting Friday to fix my tyre and axle, and then to give my bike a quick service to make sure I got home safely — is something I’ll never forget. The price was way cheaper than the other places I’d been getting my bike serviced, and I haven’t had any issues with my bike since. This is the kind of genuine above-and-beyond service that is rare to find. I’ll always come back here, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for the incredible service

The team at Sparque are amazing! The tyre of my cargo bike was totally worn down, and they seemed to be the only bike shop in Perth with a replacement. I love that they scheduled me in for a repair time, rather than asking me to leave the bike for a few days. They not only replaced my tyre, they also had a good look at the bike and found a few other issues that needed dealing with. And got it all done in time for me to hop back on the bike for the school pickup!

I signed up to a subscription for the Wombat cargo bike. Best value subscription on the market, no extra charges for accessories, very professional service. The subscription fee included servicing, insurance, roadside assistance and all the accessories. The guys at Sparque are great. very helpful

Absolutely legendary service and attention to detail from Leigh at Sparque eBikes. To give a bit of a back story, I had my eBike for a service at another bike shop just in March this year. However, I noticed that my brakes were quickly fading and my eBike motor was not running smoothly. Long story short, my disc brakes were well worn (1.2mm instead of the minimal 1.5 mm), my motor needed a substantial repair, which Leigh managed superbly. To top it all off, my front fork was not working either and my old bike shop told me nothing can be done other than a new fork for $300-$400 + install. Leigh managed to service the whole fork and made it work like new for about a third of the cost of a new fork. Safe to say, I'll be back with my wife's and my bike for sure!

I wanted to try a family long tail bike, but buying before testing was a bit daunting, as it is quite an investment. With sparque, we were able to rent a bike for a couple of months. We really enjoyed the experience. It took a bit of time to get used to the bike, and we had a lovely experience with the team. We had a battery issue, and they replaced the battery right away so we can continue to enjoy our bike. Knowing that we had insurance included in your it subscription was a great plus. My kids loved riding on the bike, even when it was raining. I would recommend sparque subscription to anyone who wants to test and discover if a family bike is for them!

Yes, you can get cheaper e-cargo bikes from elsewhere, but I can't recommend a lease from Sparque enough for peace of mind and ease. The lease includes regular comprehensive servicing and the insurance as well as the excellent service from Thijs, Thomas and the team for any issues with the bike. I have ridden well more than 5,000km on my e-cargo bike and couldn't be happier.

Leased a Moustache Lundi Cargo bike for 8 weeks to carry around 2 kids for drop offs and local adventures. Loved it. Sparque were super helpful in deciding which bike met our needs and I would have tried over 7 bikes one afternoon. There advice was practical and relevant to our circumstance. Jon was really patient and knowledgeable. I’d previously visited another place in Fitzroy to suss out e-bikes but the level of service and attitude was really underwhelming. I strongly recommend Sparque. My experience of the leasing process was that it was all pretty easy and no hidden charges. I was very pleased that the baby seat, cage, cargo basket were all Included in the bike at no additional charge. If you are in two minds about an ebike. Give it a crack for a few months with renting from Sparque and see how fun it can be.
