As far as cargobikes go, the Riese & Müller Load4 60 is in a league of its own. Full-suspension means you and your precious cargo will arrive at their destination as comfortable as possible, and the powerful Bosch Cargo Line drive train system gives you the confidence to load up wherever you go. The front loader lets you keep contact with your cargo throughout your ride while retaining high manoeuvrability. The Load4 series offers you either derailleur (Touring models), the Enviolo continuously-variable hub gears with Gates belt drive (Vario model), or the acclaimed Rohloff 500/14 Speedhub 14-speed internal gear hub with E-14 electronic shifting (Rohloff model). Each Load4 60 is equipped with Control Technology front and rear suspension, a Bosch Smartsystem ebike system, cargobike-specific TRP hydraulic disc brakes with extra-thick 2.3mm rotors and Supernova M99Pro Mini LED headlight and Supernova M99 tail light with brake light indicator. The Load4 60 can be fully customized with a suite of accessories for various types of cargo and dual-battery for additional range. Is the ebike covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?
Warranties vary depending on the age and condition of the bike. Some bikes will have full manufacturer’s warranty available; for other bikes the warranty term will be shorter between 3-12 months (e.g., ex-demo with higher kms and ex-lease ebikes); some ebikes will have 3 months parts warranty (refurbished), or 30 days parts warranty (consignment sales). Always check the listing for exact details.

What’s the condition of the bike?
- Ex-Demo: a near new bike, low kms, little or no markings or scratches. Lived on our shop floor and may have ridden around the block a few times. Some have under 5km!
- Refurbished: can be ex-demos with more kms, ex-lease bikes (serviced by our workshop or our service partners), consignment ebike (we sometimes sell our customers ebikes if they meet our standards – these bikes are refurbished by our team).
Frame condition listing is based on the following:
- As new – Presents as new. No noticeable marks, minimal use.
- Very good – Light cosmetic wear only: small scuffs or hairline scratches.
- Good – Apparent signs of regular use: visible scratches/paint chips, touchups.
- Fair – Visible cosmetic wear: larger chips, scuffs, minor dents or light surface rust. Fully serviced and safe to ride.
