Is the ebike covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?
Warranties vary depending on the age and condition of the bike. Some bikes will have full manufacturer’s warranty available; for other bikes the warranty term will be shorter between 3-12 months (e.g., ex-demo with higher kms and ex-lease ebikes); some ebikes will have 3 months parts warranty (refurbished), or 30 days parts warranty (consignment sales). Always check the listing for exact details.

What’s the condition of the bike?
Every Sparque Certified ebike comes fully serviced, safety‑checked, and ready to roll. Most include a fresh tune‑up, and many are still covered by manufacturer warranty. We’ll always make sure you know exactly what’s included before you ride away.
We don’t just give them a quick polish; we make sure each one is safe, reliable, and ready to ride.
Here’s how we describe their condition:
- Ex-Demo: a near new bike, low kms, little or no markings or scratches. Lived on our shop floor and may have ridden around the block a few times. Some have under 5km!
- Refurbished: can be ex-demos with more kms, ex-lease bikes (serviced by our workshop or our service partners), consignment ebike (we sometimes sell our customers ebikes if they meet our standards – these bikes are refurbished by our team).
Frame condition listing is based on the following:
- As New: Presents as new. No noticeable marks, minimal use and virtually indistinguishable from new.
- Very Good: Light cosmetic wear only: small scuffs or hairline scratches.
- Good: Apparent signs of regular use: visible scratches/paint chips, touchups.
- Fair: Visible cosmetic wear: larger chips, scuffs, minor dents or light surface rust, all reflected in the price. Fully serviced and safe to ride.

Transport your little ones or camping gear on its rear with ease. It’s as agile as a normal e-bike but comes into its own with a host of safety features and an off-road look.
The Riese & Müller Multicharger series has taken the hearts of cargo transporting bike riders by storm. The Multicharger3 and Multicharger3 Mixte sport the Bosch Smartsystem (BES3), Bosch Performance CX Gen4 drive unit, battery capacity up to 750Wh or 1000wh with the optional Bosch Powermore range extender upgrade and optional ABS braking system. Taking the great features of the acclaimed Charger3 series with a slightly extended wheelbase and 26″ wheels creates a unique mid-tail ecargobike. A loading area long enough to carry 4 panniers, 2 kids or an adult (65kgs capacity) on a bike that can take you anywhere and retains the sporty feeling that Riese & Müller are renowned for. For taller people a 51cm frame size is available, in addition to the standard 47cm. The Riese & Müller Multicharger3 is available with derailleur gears (Family and Touring models), the Enviolo continuously-variable hub gears with a low-maintenance belt drive (GT vario and GT automatic models), and the unrivalled Rohloff Speedhub 500/14 14 speed hub with E-14 electronic shifting (GT rohloff model).
