Sparque Shipping Policy

Applies to outright purchases only

For subscriptions or leased bikes, delivery terms are included in your lease or subscription agreement.

Shipping Scope

We ship ebikes and accessories Australia-wide. Delivery options vary depending on the product type and your location.

Ebike Shipping

  • Metro areas (Melbourne & Perth): We deliver via our in-house team or trusted local logistics partners. Delivery includes basic setup and safety checks.
  • Other locations: For regional or interstate orders, we coordinate shipping via approved freight services. Delivery times and setup options vary by region.
  • Delivery timeframe: Most in-stock ebikes ship within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.
  • Tracking & contact: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch via email or phone with updates or tracking info (if applicable).

Accessories & Small Items

  • Shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on size and location
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched

Shipping Costs

  • Ebike delivery to metro areas (Melbourne & Perth): Free or low flat rate depending on bike and delivery requirements. Quoted at checkout or confirmed after purchase.
  • Regional & interstate e-bike delivery: Quoted case-by-case based on your address and bike selection.
  • Accessories: Flat rate or free shipping thresholds apply. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

You’re welcome to collect your order from:

  • Melbourne: 19–27 Ireland Street, West Melbourne VIC 3003
  • Perth: 305 Fitzgerald Street, West Perth WA 6005

We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1–2 business days if in stock).

Shipping Terms

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only — delays can occasionally occur.
  • For ebikes, you or a nominated adult must be present at delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when ordering.
  • Sparque is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or external disruptions (e.g., weather events).

Returns & Refunds Policy

Applies to outright purchases only. For leased e-bikes, please refer to your Lease Agreement.

Return Period

You may return your item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase provided the conditions below are met. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or not as described
  • For accessories/attachments:
    • Must be unopened
    • In original packaging
  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • The product is not a special-order item

All returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected for refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us first to request a return authorisation (RA).

  2. Once approved, return the item to:
    Sparque Melbourne (all locations except WA): 19-27 Ireland Street, West Melbourne VIC 3003
    Sparque Perth (WA returns only): 305 Fitzgerald Street West Perth WA 6005
  3. Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Damage during return shipping or lost parcels are not our responsibility.
  4. Include the proof of purchase with your return shipment.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for correctly packaging return shipment items. Sparque will not be liable for any damage occurred in transit or for lost parcels.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • If no proof of purchase is provided, we may issue a store credit instead.

Restocking Fee

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Special-order items
  • Used or damaged items
  • Leased items (see Lease Agreement for details)
